A fault code only tells you where the boiler stopped. We find out why. That means testing gas pressure with the boiler running, checking the flue and its joints, testing safety devices and running the boiler on heating and hot water.
Then you, or your landlord or agent, get a plain explanation and one fixed price for the repair. The parts that fail most on Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi and Ideal boilers are kept in the van. If something has to be ordered for an older boiler, we tell you how long it will take. If the boiler is not worth fixing, we say so and give you a replacement price from £1,790 fitted.
