Can I fix the issue myself? +
Quite possibly, 30% of problems require a simple fix such as topping up or resetting the boiler. Answer a few simple questions and we'll help you understand if you can fix it yourself without the need for a repair visit.
Will you really fix it for £89? +
Yes, where a problem can be fixed without parts or by replacing simple parts that we carry in our vans, a repair will only cost you £89. You won’t pay until after your visit is signed off by our technical team.
If it's a bigger job, can you still fix it? +
Yes, we’ll give you a no obligation fixed price after your diagnosis, from the price list below. If we can get the part easily we can fix it straight away, else we’ll order it in and fix it as soon as it’s available.
What do I get as part of the £89 home visit and boiler inspection? +
One of our experienced Gas Safe registered repair engineers will come to your home and complete a 1 hour inspection and diagnosis of your boiler, so you'll know exactly what's wrong.
If your boiler can then be fixed without additional parts within the 1-hour inspection, we'll complete the fix for you - all within the £89 fee.
If we can't complete the fix within the hour, we'll give you a no obligation fixed price quote to complete the work based on the type of repair we need to complete. You can see these prices on our repair webpage.
Is the repair work covered by any guarantee or warranty? +
As part of your repair, we include a 1 year workmanship guarantee for any work that directly relates to the repair.
All parts used are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
