The diagnostic is the whole system rather than the fault code. Gas inlet pressure under load, flue integrity, every safety device, and the appliance run through heating and hot water before a cause is given. On a cylinder system that also means checking the pump, the motorised valves and the cylinder thermostat, because those are frequently the actual fault.
