What happens after you book?

Once you submit your booking request, it lands straight in our system. We'll call you on the number you provided to confirm the appointment, usually within the hour during business hours.

On the day of your visit, your Gas Safe registered engineer will arrive at the agreed time, show their ID, and get straight to work. You'll receive a plain-English explanation of what they find and a fixed price before any work starts.

For same-day or emergency visits, don't use the online booking system. Call us directly on 0191 540 2051 and we'll arrange attendance as quickly as possible.
