What is included in your boiler service
No ten minute tick box job. Your Gas Safe engineer works through the full Heating and Hot Water Industry Council checklist, so nothing gets skipped:
- Visual inspection of the boiler, controls and pipework
- Strip down and inspection of the internal components
- Flue gas analysis to confirm it is burning safely and efficiently
- Flue and combustion check, inside and out
- Gas pressure and flow check against the manufacturer settings
- Inspection for leaks, corrosion and wear
- Clean of the key components and system filter where needed
- Full carbon monoxide safety check
You get a written service report on completion. Landlords get the Gas Safety certificate (CP12) and all the paperwork in the same visit.
If we find your system is clogged with sludge, which makes radiators slow to heat and puts your boiler under strain, we may recommend a power flush to clear it out and get everything running properly again.
