LPG boiler repair can cost a little more per hour than mains gas repair, simply because qualified LPG engineers are scarcer and the parts are harder to source. What we control is fair, clear labour pricing and no surprises. We diagnose the fault, fix it on the first visit wherever we can with parts already on the van, and if specialist parts need ordering we give you a firm price before anything goes ahead. Nothing is added at the end that you did not agree to.

LPG Repair FAQs
What if you cannot fix it on the first visit? +
If specialist parts need ordering, you only pay the call out fee on the first visit. The return visit to fit the parts is charged at the parts cost plus the additional labour quoted on the day. No double call out.
How quickly can you attend? +
Standard repairs same day or next working day in our service area. Emergencies (no heat or hot water in winter, suspected gas leak) prioritised. Out of area LPG calls assessed on a case by case basis.
Do you charge for diagnosis only? +
If you want a diagnosis but choose not to proceed with the repair, you pay the £70 call out and we leave you with a written quote you can use to get a second opinion. No obligation.
Is it worth repairing an old LPG boiler? +
Depends on the boiler. Anything under 10 years old is almost always worth repairing. 10 to 15 years is a judgement call based on the fault and the cost. Over 15 years, repair is often a sticking plaster and a new boiler is the better investment. We will give you an honest opinion.
Are emergency rates different? +
Yes. Emergency call out (evenings after 6pm, weekends and bank holidays) is £95 +VAT instead of £70. Additional labour rate is the same.
