Reset it once more, following the manual. If it still locks out, or the same code comes back, stop there and ring us on 0191 540 2051. The pipe may still be blocked further along, or there may be a separate fault. Repeated resets will not help.
How can I stop the condensate pipe freezing again this winter? +
The lasting fix is to make the outside run shorter, wider or better insulated, so it cannot freeze so easily. That is a proper job, not a quick patch, and on a house as exposed as many in Stanley it is worth doing. Ask us about it once your heating is back on.
A pipe in my loft has burst after the thaw. What do I do? +
