What £1,790 buys, and how the install works
Our new boiler prices start at £1,790 fitted. You get the initial figure from the online quote tool, then the property and installation details are checked before the job is confirmed. The agreed installation covers the selected boiler, labour and agreed materials, removal of the old appliance, system preparation, commissioning and warranty registration. The exact warranty depends on the model selected.

For a smaller home with one main bathroom and suitable mains flow, a combi can be a good option. Where hot-water demand is higher or mains flow is not suitable, a system boiler with a cylinder may make more sense.
Seaham Garden Village and other newer homes
Newer homes are more likely to have a modern combi already installed. A replacement in the same position can be relatively straightforward where the existing gas supply, flue and condensate route remain suitable. The survey confirms that before installation.
