Whats Not Included
Although our boiler care plans are there to keep you covered if anything goes wrong with your bolier and heating, there are a few things that our plans do not cover. This includes:
Any issues within the first 14 days of cover
Existing faults including installation faults
Electrical systems leading to your heating installation
Wet room items including baths and showers
Issues caused by another gas engineer
Drains, downpipes, waste pipes
Issues caused by poorly maintained systems (scale and sludge)
We do not replace boilers under the care plan
