Yes. Boiler finance is available through Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited, who act as a credit broker and can introduce you to a loan from their panel of lenders. Finance is available on all boiler replacement quotes provided by Alex Robson Heating & Gas.
Loan terms are available from 1 to 10 years, with interest rates from 0% APR Representative. The rate offered to you will depend on your individual financial circumstances and the lender’s assessment.
Yes. You can choose to pay an optional deposit directly to us, and finance the remaining balance. Alternatively, you can apply to finance the full cost of your boiler installation.
Once approved, your loan repayments are usually taken by Direct Debit, with the first payment typically collected one month after installation is complete. You’ll be able to see example monthly repayments and the total amount repayable before applying.
Yes. Overpayments and early repayments can be made at any time. Making overpayments may reduce the length of the loan and help you avoid future interest charges, depending on your loan terms.
After receiving your boiler quote, Phoenix will email you a secure link to view your personalised quotation and finance options. If you choose to proceed, you’ll complete a short online application. Loan approval is subject to status and credit checks, and the lender will carry out a hard search on your credit file.
