We don't currently offer oil or LPG installations. We only work with properties on the mains natural gas supply. If you're unsure, check your utility bills or call your supplier.
Replacing this type of boiler with a combi involves additional pipework, removing the hot water cylinder and other changes specific to your property. We can't give an accurate online price — we need to come and look first.
Replacing a floor-standing boiler can involve additional pipework and adjustments that vary job by job. We need to come and assess before giving you an accurate price.
1. Purpose of the Tool
This Tool provides an estimated cost for a boiler replacement based on information you submit. It is an indicative price only and does not constitute a final quote or contract.
2. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring all information entered is accurate and complete. AR Heating & Gas reserves the right to revise any estimate following a physical site inspection or further consultation.
3. Pricing Estimates
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Additional charges may apply based on installation requirements including boiler relocation and roof flue. Prices are subject to availability at the time of booking. The final quotation may vary depending on factors identified during a site visit.
4. Site Survey Requirement
A free site survey may be required if you have a non-combi boiler, if the boiler is not wall-mounted, or if your installation involves complex access or non-standard fittings.
5. Finance Options
Finance options may be available subject to approval by a third-party finance provider and are subject to separate terms and conditions provided by the lender.
6. Warranty
Warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by model. Warranty registration will be completed upon installation. The customer is responsible for arranging annual servicing to maintain warranty validity.
7. Data Collection & Use
Your personal information will only be used to provide a quotation, follow up on enquiries and for internal business purposes. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent except as required to provide the requested services.
8. Limitation of Liability
AR Heating & Gas shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from reliance on the estimated prices. A confirmed quotation will be issued after a full assessment by our engineers.
